Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, social media profiles, social media URLs, and custom profiles, for
purposes of targeted advertising and event promotion.

7. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services,

may be express and/or implied consent depending on the applicable law, you have the right to withdraw

NOTICE?" below.
However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal
nor, when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in
reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track
("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your
online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard
for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond
to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be
tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will
inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

We may disclose your personal information with our service providers pursuant to a written contract

We may use your personal information for our own business purposes, such as for undertaking internal
research for technological development and demonstration. This is not considered to be "selling" of your
personal information.
We have not disclosed, sold, or shared any personal information to third parties for a business or
commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months. We will not sell or share personal information
in the future belonging to website visitors, users, and other consumers.
Virginia Residents
Under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA):
"Consumer" means a natural person who is a resident of the Commonwealth acting only in an individual
or household context. It does not include a natural person acting in a commercial or employment context.
"Personal data" means any information that is linked or reasonably linkable to an identified or identifiable
natural person. "Personal data" does not include de-identified data or publicly available information.
"Sale of personal data" means the exchange of personal data for monetary consideration.
If this definition of "consumer" applies to you, we must adhere to certain rights and obligations regarding
your personal data.
Your rights with respect to your personal data:

If you are using an authorized agent to exercise your rights, we may deny a request if the authorized agent
does not submit proof that they have been validly authorized to act on your behalf.
Verification process
We may request that you provide additional information reasonably necessary to verify you and your
consumer's request. If you submit the request through an authorized agent, we may need to collect
additional information to verify your identity before processing your request.
Upon receiving your request, we will respond without undue delay, but in all cases, within forty-five (45)
days of receipt. The response period may be extended once by forty-five (45) additional days when
reasonably necessary. We will inform you of any such extension within the initial 45-day response period,
together with the reason for the extension.
Right to appeal
If we decline to take action regarding your request, we will inform you of our decision and reasoning
behind it. If you wish to appeal our decision, please email us at admin@apexdigitalservice.com. Within
sixty (60) days of receipt of an appeal, we will inform you in writing of any action taken or not taken in
response to the appeal, including a written explanation of the reasons for the decisions. If your appeal is
denied, you may contact the Attorney General to submit a complaint.
11. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?
In Short: Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.
We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an
updated "Revised" date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If we make
material changes to this privacy notice, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such
changes or by directly sending you a notification. We encourage you to review this privacy notice
